For an international client in the food industry, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Traffic Coordinator (m / f / d) 100%. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of global goods flows and contribute to the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality of supply chains. You will be part of a dynamic international team, working at the intersection of procurement, logistics, suppliers, and customers.

Your Responsibilities
* Coordination of all activities related to cocoa bean transports from loading ports to destination ports
* Managing warehouse storage at ports and organizing downstream deliveries to production sites or end customers
* Administration and monitoring of purchase and sales contracts
* Organization of internal and external document flows for physical purchases and sales
* Monitoring and coordination of sea freight and warehouse deliveries in collaboration with suppliers, forwarders, and shipping lines
* Tracking delivery schedules and ensuring timely arrivals
* Reviewing, approving, and booking all invoices related to transactions in accordance with internal guidelines
* Ensuring insurance coverage and handling claims, including communication with insurers and contractual partners
* Supporting buyers with the physical flow of goods
* Managing exceptional cases and assisting with ad-hoc requests and projects in the Supply Chain & Logistics area
Your Profile
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international trading company, forwarding / logistics firm, or in supply chain / order management
* Solid knowledge of logistics processes, delivery terms (Incoterms 2020), VAT, as well as handling of export and shipping documents
* Strong skills in MS Office (Excel) and web-based systems
* Structured and self-reliant working style with strong organizational skills
* High attention to detail and strong quality awareness
* Enjoys teamwork and thrives in a lively work environment
* Open and confident communication with internal and external business partners worldwide
* Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented mindset, and strong customer orientation
* Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to handle changing requirements
* Fluent English skills; German is a plus
