Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks within operational procurement, especially in spare parts management.
* Work with SAP to support and execute purchasing processes.
* Process and coordinate customer service orders.
* Support daily operations of the procurement team.
* Handle inquiries from suppliers and internal customers to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements
* Solid knowledge of SAP, ideally in a procurement context.
* Experience in procurement or comparable administrative processes.
* Precise, independent, and service-oriented working style.
* Understanding of master data management and its importance in processes.
* Good Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
* Ability to communicate appropriately in German and English, both written and spoken.
Conditions
* Temporary assignment (not a permanent position).
* Full-time position (100%).
