Job Description
* We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team, with primary responsibility for presenting our products, solutions, and architecture to business partners and end customers.
Key aspects of this role include installing, configuring, and managing products for assigned vendors, as well as providing ongoing technical support for sales teams and product managers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and executing technical workshops, events, and activities aimed at ensuring product reputation, writing technical documents, and building presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support/presale roles.
* Experience in negotiations with strategic and global clients.
* Familiarity with Cloud/IT/CYBER technologies.
* Knowledge of technological worlds, including EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching & Routing.
* Vendor certifications, as per our portfolio.
* Ability to work independently combined with teamwork.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
