Ecolab is seeking a Distribution Sales Development Manager to help grow our Institutional business, offering comprehensive chemical products and solutions for customers across foodservice and hospitality industries. Customers include restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes that enhance guest experiences and promote safer, healthier environments.

What You Will Do :
* Increase Ecolab Institutional market share.
* Build relationships with distributor representatives and customers.
* Develop and implement business and marketing plans for assigned distributors.
* Win new accounts and generate sales within a specific geographic area, strengthening Ecolab’s brand presence.
* Introduce new products and enhance distributor capabilities through presentations, training, and demonstrations.
* Identify competitive targets and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 4 years of outside sales experience
* Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications :
* Experience in sales development within Institutional market sectors.
* Understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems, especially their application in Institutional markets.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record in B2B sales.
* Experience in negotiating and securing new business at the executive level.
* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
* Basic knowledge of French.
