Ph3Customer quality engineer (m/f/x) problem solving /h3 pBulle /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou analyse claims, take in charge problem solving projects using appropriate quality methods and tools (Shainin, 5 WHY, 8D), /li liYou track the initiated actions, coordinate Quality Rooms and animate 8D meetings as well as challenge root cause analysis, /li liYou give regular feedback to management and escape serious complaints and issues, /li liYou organize and deploy training on problem solving methodology and ensure knowledge sharing within the company, /li liYou track all necessary Customer Quality KPIs in a dashboard, /li liYou organize and lead customer meetings and visits, /li liYou deploy monitoring of non-reoccurrence and lessons learned through inputs to FMEA, design rules and change management, /li liYou conduct reliability and statistical analysis to predict future issues in field using methods such as Weibull. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, /li liYou have a solid experience in mastering quality methods and tools, /li liYou bring at least 5 years of experience on both technical and quality field including 3 years in customer quality and continuous improvement, /li liYou have completed related specific-training in the field of quality (i.e. 8D, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001, etc…), /li liYou are proficient in French (C2) and English (C1), whereas German would be an asset (B1). /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
