They are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Real Estate Manager. Your Responsibilities:As a member of the executive management, you will lead the real estate department and oversee a team of about ten specialists dedicated to the development, management, and maintenance of a significant portfolio. You will define the medium-term vision and ensure its implementation. You will focus on performance and yield, manage the team, supervise external management, guarantee the quality of services, and control all budgets. You will be involved in all real estate projects of the group, whether they involve large-scale developments or portfolio management strategies.
