Novocure is a global publicly-traded oncology company developing a novel cancer treatment called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, innovative treatment that aims to slow or reverse tumor growth by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's product, Optune, is approved for treating adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel. The company is expanding its clinical trials into other solid tumor indications, including non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and more.
To support our team in Baar, Switzerland, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist EMEA.
The HR Specialist EMEA provides administrative support to the HR EMEA team, managing entries, exits, and changes in the HRIS system. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, administering the time tracking system, collecting audit documents, and assisting employees and HR teams with administrative inquiries.
Your responsibilities:
1. Input, update, and maintain data in the HRIS system (SuccessFactors).
2. Collaborate with global HRIS and HR specialists on system changes.
3. Prepare contractual and HR documents (contracts, amendments, agreements, awards).
4. Manage HR administration during employee entry, exit, and changes, coordinating with IT.
5. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setups and account closures.
6. Organize and conduct monthly onboarding sessions.
7. Support employees, new hires, and managers with administrative questions.
8. Work closely with the HRBPs EMEA team.
9. Administer and set up the time tracking system (TimeTac), generate reports.
10. Maintain and archive employee records (digital and physical).
11. Assist with audit documentation and sessions (SOX, TUEV).
12. Support annual performance management and compensation processes.
13. Participate in projects aligned with HR objectives and the Head of HR Operations EMEA.
14. Obtain A1 certificates for all EMEA countries.
15. Provide general administrative support, including event organization, presentations, and report templates.
16. Manage the distribution of the HR EMEA mailbox.
Your profile:
1. Commercial apprenticeship or vocational training.
2. Excellent MS Office skills.
3. 2-3 years of HR administration experience in Switzerland.
4. Fluent in German and English.
5. Discreet handling of confidential information.
6. Open-minded, flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured.
7. Eager to learn.
