Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is a critical role in supporting the execution of event concepts globally. This involves collaborating with all departments to provide high-level support, ensuring that the brand's image identity is consistently met.

* Collaborative: act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders
* Organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

As an Event Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and operations, from development to execution. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing production and logistics, handling legal aspects, and consolidating event reports for senior management.


Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage the execution of all global events platforms
* Act as a liaison between marketing, commercial, press, and PR teams to respect project timelines
* Consolidate and update the event decks to report to top management
* Brief both internal and external partners on projects
* Follow up on creative concepts implementing feedback and modifications through the process
* Manage event details to produce a top-tier brand experience (scenography, product display, sales rooms setup, intimate and gala dinners, security, model show and performances, catering, and logistics)
* Contract and manage multiple vendors and resources to execute approved plans
* Review and ensure all proper legal documentations related to each project
* Respect project scope, following finance and accounting processes, and invoicing
* Onsite event management - Oversee operational, technical, and production aspects
* Support markets – ensure coherence in concept adaptation, submit and report local events decks


Requirements:

* 8 years' experience, related to Events and Brand Experience, with proven large-scale event production
* High standard experience within a luxury brand or an agency with a luxury portfolio
* Strong organizational skills and follow-up skills
* Strong sense of priority, anticipating events needs with a proactive approach to different projects in parallel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong team spirit and collaboration
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluent in French and English
