About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven
Sales Operations Manager
to optimize and streamline our sales processes in Switzerland. In this role, you will ensure the sales team operates efficiently, leveraging data, technology, and process improvements to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to implement tools, monitor performance metrics, and support sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize end-to-end sales processes and workflows.
* Oversee CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
* Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation program management.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to streamline lead management and pipeline processes.
* Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
* Train and support the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.
* Contribute to strategic sales initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English
