In this demanding and varied role, you will be responsible for designing, creatively developing, and managing content for the online shops of all HOLY FASHION GROUP brands. You will serve as the main contact for the relevant brand, providing advice and support in developing and testing online marketing branding campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee CRM activities for all brands and expand the consumer dialogue area, acting as a cross-sector competence center for multichannel activities (newsletters, direct mailshots). You will update e-commerce content via the CMS system and continuously optimize it. Your role also involves close coordination with agencies and internal teams to optimize processes and projects continually.
Required experience and skills:
* A completed degree in economics, media studies, communication design, or comparable training
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in brand communication, dialogue marketing, or traditional advertising, preferably in a design agency or e-commerce environment
* Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of usability and UX principles, or experience in prepress and print production
* Strong conceptual and graphic skills with a keen sense of design and brand management
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Proficiency in common design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS systems)
* Analytical thinking, structured and independent work style, high organizational skills, and assertiveness
* Teamwork skills, good communication, and enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends
