Seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Consultant to support complex projects and ensure robust governance and reporting. Key responsibilities include coordinating project delivery, maintaining PMO governance frameworks, facilitating communication, preparing project documentation, monitoring financials, and ensuring compliance with internal project delivery standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a PMO role on large-scale or strategic transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile/SAFe environments).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in both English and French.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Confluence, Jira).
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in policy administration or claims transformation programs, as well as prior experience working on-site with Swiss clients or within regulated environments.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support the Program Manager and project leads in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a multi-stream transformation initiative.
2. Maintain and enhance PMO governance frameworks, status reporting, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
3. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across workstreams, ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues.
4. Prepare and deliver project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports tailored for senior stakeholders.
5. Monitor project financials and support budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor management activities.
6. Support workshop facilitation, meeting preparation, and follow-up on actions and decisions.
7. Help ensure compliance with internal project delivery standards and methodologies.
