With your help we want to take our first product NeuroLF to the market!Field Service EngineerPositrigo is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing technical service team. This role will be instrumental in providing remote and onsite support for our innovative brain PET systems. Further, you will support and train our European and USA distributors and help them deliver scalable technical service. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Technical Service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.Responsibilities:Perform installation, acceptance testing, and commissioning of our medical devices at customer sitesConduct routine testing, maintenance, and preventive service activitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues both remotely and onsiteExecute updates, upgrades, and hardware replacements as neededDocument all service activities, maintaining accurate recordsAssist in the development and improvement of service proceduresProvide technical support and training to distributors and service partnersCollaborate with R&D, quality and production teams to provide feedback for product improvementsTravel to customer sites domestically and internationally as requiredRequired qualifications:Customer focus with the ability to create and sustain trust and relationshipsHigher education (e.g. Bachelor’s) degree in engineering, biomedical, field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in the field service, specifically within a regulated industryUnderstanding of electromechanical (medical) devicesGood knowledge of English, both written and spokenIndependent, flexible, team-oriented and professional way of workingWillingness to travel (possibly up to 50%)Eligible for traveling to the USAPreferred qualifications:Experience in, e.g. radiology, radio-therapy, or nuclear medical equipmentKnowledge of German, written and spokenKnowledge of IT systems, knowledge of hospital interfaces and transport protocols (DICOM, HL7, TCP/IP)Experience with medical device regulationsYou are an engaged personality, used to work proactively and with precision – on your own and in a team – and you are passionate about your work.
