Verantwortung
* Betrieb von IT-Support und Service Desk
* Betreuung von Clients, Applikationen, User Accounts und IT-Equipment
* Automatisierung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen
* Verwaltung der Toolchain (M365, Intune, Windows 11, Atlassian, Datadog)
* Ticketbearbeitung und Helpdesk-Support
* IT-Inventarführung und Benutzerunterstützung
Qualifikationen
* Erfahrung in Systemadministration (Windows, O365, Atlassian etc.)
* Interesse an neuen Technologien
* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Englischkenntnisse
