About the role
Tea Repertoire is opening a premium pop-up store inside Basel SBB station from May 2 to August 9, 2026.
We are looking for Sales Associates (part-time) to deliver a high-end yet approachable tea experience, combining sales performance, storytelling, and brand building.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver strong sales performance and proactive customer engagement
* Create a memorable brand experience through storytelling (Matcha, Japanese tea, Korean tea, Chinese tea, Taiwanese tea)
* Prepare and serve tea samples (matcha, loose-leaf teas)
* Manage stock, cleanliness, and daily setup
* Contribute to content creation (simple videos, Instagram stories, behind-the-scenes content)
* You proactively approach customers (no passive selling)
* You explain products with confidence (basic knowledge is sufficient at the start)
* You create small “moments” (sampling, conversation, discovery)
Profile we are looking for
* Motivated students or retail professionals with a flexible schedule (8–16h/week or more)
* Comfortable working independently
* Strong interest in premium/luxury retail or F&B
* Languages: German and/or Swiss German (mandatory)
* English (mandatory)
* French (nice to have)
* Sales-driven
* Energetic and reliable
