Qualifications: more than 1 year of experience, higher professional education or Swiss Federal PET diploma or equivalent
Language skills: English – orally basic, written basic; French – orally very good, written very good
Job responsibilities
Assure the operation and maintenance of GMP technical installations of the production site.
Operate, drive, logistically support, and maintain several modern units (WFI, WS, HVAC, refrigeration, Black system) in a GMP environment.
Actively participate in the improvement of facilities and processes.
Provide on‑call service and work as part of a dynamic team.
Continuously learn and train on cutting‑edge equipment.
Job qualifications
Technical training with proven experience in maintenance and industrial operation, primarily in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance in HVAC and refrigeration, industrial process operation, GMP standards, and SAP‑PM.
Minimum 3–5 years of recognized expertise in HVAC and refrigeration sector.
Proactive, efficient, organized, and autonomous, including administrative tasks in a GMP environment.
Technical knowledge of English.
Desirable additional qualifications: training in refrigeration/frigoriste, federal maintenance agent diploma, federal thermist diploma, OIBT authorizations.
