The Role In this function you will play a key strategic role inbridging the gap between the commercial real estate sector andSiemens' offerings for this vertical market to drive the Verticalportfolio. This role involves evaluating customer strategicobjectives and creating value propositions based on the Siemensportfolio or technology partners The role requires an in-depthunderstanding of the market, customers and relevant technologies.You will collaborate with distributed international teams ofproduct, marketing and sales professionals, converting marketdemand into tangible outcomes such as innovation projects, verticalportfolio offerings, and supporting sales enablement, thoughtleadership and demand generation campaigns in countries. Your newresponsibilities Market Expertise - Drive Strategic CustomerEngagement: Lead discussions with customers to align business andproduct needs, and ensure effective communication - Develop UseCases & Market Insights: Identify and prioritize use casesbased on technology trends, customer pain points, andcompetitor/market analysis in collaboration with product and salesteams - Shape Business Models: Design relevant business modelstailored to customer needs, partner ecosystems, and sales channels(direct and indirect) Vertical Offerings - Define Strategy &Roadmap: Shape the portfolio strategy for the Commercial RealEstate vertical, focusing on scalable digital platforms andservices - Drive Innovation & Execution: Lead the developmentand rollout of differentiated, value-driven offerings that addressindustry needs and future trends - Create Market Demand: Validatecustomer demand using Siemens product management standards andbuild strong value propositions - Expand Through Ecosystems &M&A: Identify partner ecosystems, drive innovative businessmodels, and lead M&A efforts for new technologies andadjacencies Sales Enablement - Drive Go-to-Market Strategy &Sales Enablement: Define vertical messaging, value propositions,and launch offerings through key enablement platforms and campaigns- Lead Stakeholder Collaboration & Regional Support: Coordinatecross-functional teams and support regional sales in executinggo-to-market plans aligned with the business strategy Your talentsand experience - The ideal candidate will bring proven experiencein the commercial real estate sector, demonstrating a deepunderstanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs- Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or business-relateddiscipline; an MBA would be an advantage - At least seven years'experience in technical sales, business development and projectmanagement - Expertise in digitalization (e.g. cloud,APIs/connectivity and web application development) - Experience inelectrical or building technology infrastructure solutions inautomated and data-intensive industries is advantageous -Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate acrossinterpersonal boundaries with partners from different fields, suchas sales, product management, business development and marketing -Right level of confidence to present and defend strategic plans andreports to C-suite executives - A global attitude, strongintercultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate withteams and partners worldwide - Readiness for global travel and thewillingness to bridge time differences when collaborating globally- A can-do, team player attitude is crucial for the role. You willneed soft skills to collaborate and convince senior leaders, aswell as the ability to win over stakeholders without managerialauthority - Excellent communication and presentation skills inEnglish; knowledge of any additional European language is a plusLocation : this position can be based in one of our major SiemensSmart Infrastructure locations. The prerequisite is legaleligibility to work in the respective country of employment. Thisrole does not require relocation.
