Your Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute events for internal and external audiences, including client gatherings, conferences, and trade shows
* Collaborate closely with various departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of all event-related activities
* Contribute to the development of event concepts and assist with the creation of promotional materials
* Play an active role in digital marketing efforts and campaign execution
* Ensure events are delivered to a high standard—from initial invitation through to follow-up and evaluation
* Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and communications team
Your Background
* Completed training in marketing, event management, or a comparable field (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in Marketing)
* Several years of experience in event planning and hands-on involvement in marketing operations
* Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
* Solid English skills are essential for international coordination and communication
* A highly organized, reliable, and self-starting professional with a practical mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a service-driven approach
