About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
* Interpret sales, inventory and product data to support the development and execution of effective product strategies.
* Create data-driven strategies for category optimization, including product and price point gaps and opportunities.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, and stock levels to evaluate category performance and make adjustments.
* Work with Global Portfolio, Controlling, Marketing, Demand Planning and Commercial teams to support category strategy alignment and executions.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :
* University degree / Education, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in Merchandising
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel; familiarity withPowerBI would be a plus
* Excellent analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders
* Strong willingness to learn with can-do attitude
* Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
