Business Analyst – E‑Banking Team, Merkle (dentsu). The role focuses on defining, building, and launching new digital banking features, ensuring they deliver customer value, usability, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and review functional concepts for E‑Banking features and related systems.
* Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
* Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners.
* Ensure high‑quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing.
* Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions.
* Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates.
* Help ensure smooth coordination between business, IT, and operations.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services industry.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Experience working in projects and cross‑functional teams.
* Proactive, independent, and structured way of working.
* Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments.
* Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products.
* Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of SQL (basic queries).
* Experience in project management.
* Experience working with digital banking or customer portals.
