Overview
An exciting Modern Workplace System Engineer role has opened up at a prominent healthcare organization. This role offers a chance to implement and support advanced workplace technologies, playing a vital part in enhancing productivity and collaboration within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
* Solution Engineering & Implementation: Engineer and implement cutting-edge workplace technologies that enhance productivity and collaboration. Support the deployment of standardized PC images and mobile solutions across the organization. Work with IT infrastructure teams to ensure robust backend support for workplace solutions. Assist in integrating virtual desktops and mobile devices into the broader IT environment.
* Technical Support & Optimization: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workplace technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance digital workplace environments.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and best practices. Report on project progress and technical challenges to the project lead and stakeholders.
Profile / Qualifications
* Experience in workplace engineering or IT systems support, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in PC imaging, M365, collaboration tools, and mobile device integration.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively with IT teams.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to document and report technical information clearly.
* Eagerness to innovate and adapt to evolving workplace technologies.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Communication Technology, Telecommunications or other relevant areas.
* Fluent German and good English.
