In this vital role, you'll support our senior partners directly, interacting closely with clients to provide the exceptional service that sets us apart. You'll play a pivotal role in monitoring portfolios, handling client requests, and assisting in compliance duties—all within a supportive and highly professional environment.
What We're Looking For
You're a proactive professional with:
* 2-3+ years in wealth management with an eagerness to advance in the industry.
* Proficiency in Office tools and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills—capable of balancing detail-oriented work under pressure.
* Autonomy and team spirit—you're as comfortable taking the lead as you are collaborating.
* Exceptional communication in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Confidentiality and accuracy—your clients and team can always rely on you.
* High energy level – you enjoy hard work and want to thrive in a high energy environment.
What You'll Do
* Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and client requests.
* Support portfolio management, cash balances, and documentation preparation.
* Take responsibility for KYC and account opening forms.
* Provide administrative and compliance support, including document filing, client summaries, and correspondence.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist with Chief Compliance Officer duties.
