Reservations and Logistics Make reservations and organize necessary services for professional events or ad hoc needs. Manage logistical requests as well as various supply or service orders Event Support Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, conferences, and internal or external events. Assist in material preparation and organizational coordination in collaboration with relevant teams Travel Management Organize business trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and restaurants. Be able to take full responsibility for travel arrangements and bookings in the absence of the Travel & Support Assistant Ensure administrative follow-up related to travel when necessary Administration Maintain up-to-date with the department team administrative and budgetary documents and records for the department. Provide administrative support for specific departmental projects General Services and Facilities Management Assist the department in monitoring general services and building maintenance Contribute to regular checks of the overall condition of facilities, equipment, and common areas, and report relevant information Support the proper functioning of installations Report identified needs, observed malfunctions, and required actions Internal Orders and Logistics Carry out orders and purchases according to provided instructions Ensure internal logistics for meetings, events, or ad hoc material needs
