Your challenge
1. You will manage SAP Competence Center team (about 20 people)
2. You report to the IT manager with whom you plan and prioritize strategic projects
3. You discuss projects with your team leaders and work out their implementation together
4. You ensure the follow-up of all SAP projects
5. You guarantee the completion of projects in terms of time, costs and budget
6. You manage internal and external resources for the different projects with your team leaders and external consulting companies
Your qualifications
7. University degree or college diploma in Information Technology
8. Very good knowledge of SAP
9. Experience in team management
10. Experience in project management
11. Strong leadership and change management skills
12. Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and team spirit
13. Strong solution orientation, synthetic and analytical mind
14. Excellent knowledge of French or German, good knowledge of English
