PpbJob Title: Financial Controller /b /p pbLocation: Baden, Switzerland /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for all financial matters of the Swiss and German legal entities. /li /ul h3Statutory Reporting Compliance /h3 ul liPrepare and review Swiss/German statutory financial statements under IFRS/Swiss GAAP. /li liCoordinate year‑end audits, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors. /li liSupport local directors in fulfilling their statutory responsibilities. /li liResponsible for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial results of the legal entities. /li /ul h3Tax Regulatory Oversight /h3 ul liCorporation tax provisions and disclosures. /li liPreparation and review of VAT returns. /li liTransfer pricing documentation. /li liReview tax balances and ensure accurate accounting treatment. /li liSupport external audits, enquiries, and information requests. /li /ul h3Other Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a strong business partner in executing the business strategy. /li liDrive a culture of accountability and simplification and be part of global harmonization projects. /li liObtain a comprehensive understanding of project details and risk necessary for future planning, analysis and reporting; contribute to monthly and quarterly project reviews. /li liActive participation in the tender preparation process, assess commercial and financial risks and opportunities, contribute to defining mitigation plans for risks identified and action plans to materialize opportunities. /li liProduce annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, estimates and other reports requested by Corporate finance. /li liResponsible for the daily cash management of the legal entity. /li liResponsible for securing guarantees and bonds, and implementing a proper hedging strategy. /li liResponsible for the coordination of relocation and facility management of the office space (real estate strategy). /li liImplement and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. /li liEstablish an efficient process around billing, AR, AP, expense claims and payroll with shared service providers. /li liPrepare accounting entries, project cost controlling reports, financial statements and banking statements. /li liEnsure compliance with company procedures. /li liStay abreast of changes in accounting standards, local regulations and tax laws impacting legal entities. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liMinimum 10+ years of accounting experience in a project environment. /li liKnowledge of engineering and construction (E C) business. /li liGood, analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure. /li liMust have experience in managing a team. /li liAutonomy, rigor, ethics, flexibility, adaptability, persuasiveness. /li liProficiency in Office Suite, knowledge of VBA considered a bonus. /li liExperience working with SAP ERP an asset. /li liExperience working with Oracle or Accpac is an asset. /li liExperience working with Oracle Hyperion an asset. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in accounting or finance and/or a Swiss Accounting Certification, CPA title is an asset. /li liUnderstanding of the Swiss accounting standards, relevant local Tax issues and IFRS accounting rules for construction contracts. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liNative-level German. /li liFluent English (negotiation level). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
