PpbMain Responsibilities: /b /p /p liOversee the organization, upkeep, and functionality of facilities, infrastructure, and supporting systems. /li liSupport the maintenance, servicing, and repair of building infrastructure, including monitoring the completion of maintenance activities and minor repair projects. /li liAssist management in ensuring that all facility assets, equipment, and infrastructure remain operational, compliant, and readily available. /li liProvide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory and scientific operations. /li liMonitor and maintain critical facility systems, including temperature, humidity, and pressure control systems. /li liEnsure the reliable operation of utility services, including water, gas, and electrical systems. /li liManage and maintain environmental monitoring systems to ensure continuous compliance and performance. /li liCoordinate facility maintenance activities, equipment servicing, repairs, and qualification processes. /li liAdminister and oversee service agreements for facility supplies, equipment, and gas distribution services. /li liEnsure the uninterrupted operation of electrical installations, water distribution, wastewater systems, and HVAC infrastructure. /li liMaintain accurate equipment records and oversee asset lifecycle management from acquisition through retirement. /li liManage relationships with external contractors and service providers, including maintenance and technical support companies. /li liCoordinate the collection and disposal of hazardous waste and solvents, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and compliance with collection procedures. /li liManage procurement activities, including supplier selection, quotation requests, cost negotiations, and purchasing processes. /li liReview, code, and assign incoming invoices before submission for management and finance approval. /li liAdminister software applications and databases related to procurement, inventory management and internal systems /li liServe as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding facility-related matters, including regulatory authorities, calibration service providers, and facility contractors. /li liOversee the management, maintenance, and administration of the company vehicle fleet. /li pbQualifications /b /p libRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required /b /li liCompleted vocational training, apprenticeship, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. /li liMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility management, technical operations, or a comparable role. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li liSelf-motivated and dependable, with a structured, efficient, and proactive approach to work. /li liDemonstrated leadership capabilities, ideally gained within a technical, operational, or commercial environment. /li liExcellent organizational, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and practical experience working with ERP systems. /li liFluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken. /li liValid driver's license required. /li
