As a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our Baar, Switzerland corporate office. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects, and global operations within a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide comprehensive calendar support, including meetings, calls, and travel coordination. /liliPrepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports for executive and board‑level meetings. /liliHandle executive correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion. /liliCoordinate meeting preparation, including compiling agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑up minutes. /liliOrganize logistics for conferences, events, and board sessions, including venue, catering, and guest arrangements. /liliTrack and process executive expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation. /liliAssist with financial coordination, including budget tracking and data analysis. /liliMaintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. /liliOversee general office coordination in Baar, including supplies, vendor relationships, and building management. /liliSupport special projects and initiatives while ensuring timely follow‑up on executive priorities. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. /lili3–5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role within an international setting. /liliStrong organizational and time‑management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple priorities. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or other languages are an advantage. /liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). /liliDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with competing priorities. /liliProven discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information. /liliStrong problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. /liliAdaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with shifting demands. /liliA proactive, self‑motivated professional eager to grow within a dynamic global organization. /liliThis position does not attract visa sponsorship.
