Position Summary

The Nutrition “Strategic Business Unit” (SBU) is part of the Nestlé Group. Our mission is to support lifelong health and well-being for all. Grounded in the deep understanding of today\'s nutritional challenges and the link between food and health, we leverage our R&D expertise to offer tasty and balanced diets which cater to the varied and different needs of mothers, infants, children, teens and adults. Our high quality and sustainable solutions include ensuring access to affordable nutrition and addressing specific dietary requirements and nutritional deficiencies.

As a Global Communications Experience Lead, you will be responsible for developing integrated communication strategies rooted in Global Business Strategies. This role will craft creative frameworks and activation guidelines that elevate brand building and consumer engagement across all channels, with a strong emphasis on digital. You will lead the end-to-end communication planning process in collaboration with digital experts and CMI teams, ensuring that strategies are insight-driven and executional sound. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external creative agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent outputs.


A Day in the Life of a Global Communications Experience Lead

* Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that achieve GBS targets
* Lead the creation of comprehensive communication plans and activation guidelines
* Deliver outstanding creative work aligned with Nestlé’s communication principles
* Champion a digital-first mindset in brand building strategies
* Support the development of strong brand fundamentals focused on consumer centricity
* Build and maintain productive relationships with communication agencies and external partners
* Integrate AI tools into communication workflows for enhanced effectiveness


What will make you successful

* Wide-ranging experience in consumer communication within Nestlé or comparable FMCG/CPG environments and/or extensive experience in advertising agency account management, strategic planning, or executive leadership
* Proven ability to navigate in complex and cross-functional teams globally
* Deep understanding of brand strategy and integrated communications across all channels
* Strategic and Creative Thinker with ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives, champions innovative work, and thrives in ambiguity with adaptive problem-solving
* Proactive and Entrepreneurial Leader with ability to seek opportunities, embraces experimentation (especially in digital/AI), and drives high-quality execution with strong project leadership
* Collaborative and Digitally Fluent Communicator with ability to build trust across teams and partners, fosters co-creation, and communicates effectively in fast-paced, global environments
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
