We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have solid HR administration experience, preferably in an international hospitality environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations in full compliance with Swiss legislation and internal policies.
Main Requirements:
* HR Diploma or equivalent education.
* At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, including administration, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee event organization.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, taxation, and employment processes.
* Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
* Customer-oriented, empathetic, diplomatic, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
* Work experience and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure, ensuring accurate HR data and documentation.
* Support recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and reference checks.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
* Organize and facilitate onboarding and training sessions.
* Advise employees on HR processes, insurance, social security, tax, and immigration matters.
* Coordinate monthly payroll data collection with the payroll team.
* Administer time-tracking (vacation, illness, maternity) and ensure compliance with policies.
* Draft HR documents, update organizational charts, and support internal communication initiatives.
* Contribute to fostering a positive company culture and support employee relations.
* Organize employee events and health initiatives, and participate in campus life.
* Prepare HR newsletters and participate in process improvement projects.
