Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and conduct detailed data analysis
* Design and propose scalable solution concepts
* Drive change requests and enhancement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team
* Plan, execute, and support testing and training activities
* Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation
Profile
* Extensive expertise in SAP FS‑RI (Base & Risk Manager Non‑Life), including batch processing, closing processes, and data model knowledge
* At least 5 years of experience as a reinsurance business analyst; 8+ years preferred
* Proven experience with at least one end‑to‑end SAP FS‑RI implementation
* Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal guidance
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Nice to have: Knowledge in SAP BW, FS‑CD, or accounting, SAP ABAP experience, Guidewire Reinsurance Add‑on, SAP FI including ALE, Microsoft Azure knowledge
* Fluent English (spoken & written); German or Italian are an advantage
