PKIDAN is seeking three energetic IT Account Managers to help us grow and support our client base in Switzerland. If you enjoy building relationships, have an interest in IT solutions, and want to make an impact in a dynamic technology company, this role is for you. /ph3Tasks /h3ulliBuild, manage, and grow relationships with clients across your region; becoming their main point of contact for KIDAN’s IT and cybersecurity solutions. /liliIdentify new sales opportunities and introduce clients to KIDAN’s range of offers, including IT management platforms, cybersecurity services, endpoint management, and network/cloud solutions. /liliUnderstand clients’ business and basic IT needs, then work with our technical team to propose practical solutions (no deep technical skills required, just curiosity and willingness to learn). /liliSupport clients through the sales process: prepare proposals, coordinate meetings, and help guide them in choosing the right services and products. /liliFollow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage ongoing use, and identify new opportunities for upsell or cross-sell. /liliStay aware of industry trends and KIDAN’s portfolio so you can speak confidently about our core offers. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (experience in IT or technology sectors is a plus). /liliGood technical foundations in IT management and cybersecurity; comfortable talking about topics like IT platforms, endpoint security, or network/cloud solutions (training provided). /liliStrong communication and relationship-building skills. /liliOrganized, proactive, and motivated to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. /liliFluent in English and at least one (idellay more) local language: French (Allaman), German (Schwyz), or Italian (Ticino). /liliFlexible about working from the office, from home, and traveling to client sites as needed. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
