YOUR MISSION:
Carry out the technical aspect of the industrialisation of new products, monitor the manufacture of production and provide necessary improvements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Execute technical aspects of the industrialisation of new products, ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Support senior colleagues in analyzing information and specifying methods, process steps, and necessary equipment for designing and enhancing manufacturing systems.
- Implement feasibility testing for proposed engineering solutions, providing feedback and data to validate designs.
- Assist in drafting engineering standards and specifications, evaluating their effectiveness under senior supervision.
- Conduct inspections to assess the quality of engineering works and the integrity of installations, recommending necessary remedial actions to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Design test procedures and standards based on product specifications.
- Perform research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends.
- Identify process shortcomings, suggest improvements, and deliver change management plans with guidance from project managers.
- Advise on designing new processes and systems that meet professional standards.
- Work within established project management plans to achieve specific goals.
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, training, and coaching; maintain professional accreditation and stay updated on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Substantial general work experience and comprehensive job-related expertise necessary.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
