Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer interactions via phone and email
Actively listening to client needs and supporting the identification of suitable solutions
Analyzing financial documentation, including salary slips and financial statements
Conducting preliminary assessments of credit risk and clients’ financial capacity
Collaborating with the team on case processing and monitoring
Maintaining and updating data in internal systems
