Software Engineer position with C++ skills for a globally operating Zurich based company .
Your tasks:
- Leading end-to-end development of enhancements to our claims management framework
- Conducting mandatory migrations of dependencies and technologies to keep our systems up-to-date and in line with industry standards
- Monitoring the health and performance of our claiming systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Collaborating with team members to support their work and contribute to shared goals
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the systems and processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proficiency in C++ development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging techniques
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies
- Ability to interpret and leverage code to create user-focused solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Your soft skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
