Responsibilities
* Further development and maintenance of the recovery and resolution area and ongoing cooperation with the relevant authorities
* Ongoing analysis, evaluation, control, and monitoring of recovery and resolution data
* Identification and evaluation of risks and preparation of ongoing reports
* Preparation of reports based on capital, resolution, and recovery planning in accordance with regulatory standards
* Support in developing strategies and formulating recommendations for risk mitigation
* Monitoring of regulatory changes and support in the development and maintenance of guidelines
* Market surveillance and exchange of best practices between banks to meet changing regulatory requirements
* Further development of the recovery and resolution planning area through automation of well‑controlled processes and integration of artificial intelligence
* Testing of innovations to ensure that processes function effectively and meet regulatory requirements and expectations
* Tactical support for departments prior to regulatory audits
* Support for working groups and committees
* Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or quantitative finance; business law degree also possible
* Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, etc. are an advantage
* Practical experience in group accounting, business risk, or auditing banks
* Fundamental understanding of the requirements for resolution and restructuring planning
* Ideally, experience with resolution and restructuring plans
* Analytical personality with a team orientation
* Quick comprehension
* Experience with agile project management and cross‑departmental collaboration
* Positive, cooperative approach to working with colleagues and customer‑oriented attitude
* Ability to drive projects forward from concept to implementation and meet deadlines
* Ability to effectively multitask
* Ability to demonstrate competence in one‑on‑one and group discussions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT flair, proficient with MS Office
* German and English
