Your future contribution
As PR Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the communications strategy for one of HomeToGo Group’s brands. You’ll ensure consistent, compelling messaging across key markets, with a strong emphasis on B2B media relations in close partnership with the Owner Marketing team. A central responsibility is building and managing a corporate newsroom to enable proactive, high-quality communications and streamline collaboration across regions. You’ll also drive internal communications initiatives, support HR-led change management efforts, and shape executive thought leadership to elevate the brand’s profile both internally and externally.
How you’ll add value
* Lead the development and execution of the brand’s internal and external communication strategy, ensuring consistency and localization across all key markets.
* Serve as the central owner of brand messaging and media relations, building strong press relationships and securing impactful coverage.
* Drive B2B PR initiatives targeting property owners in partnership with the Owner Marketing team, crafting compelling campaigns and narratives.
* Oversee collaboration with PR agencies and local market teams to maintain message alignment, brand consistency, and strategic execution.
* Partner with the People Director and regional leads to deliver clear, engaging internal communications that support organizational culture and transparency.
* Build and manage a centralized corporate newsroom to streamline content creation, editorial planning, and cross-market coordination.
* Enhance corporate reputation through thought leadership, LinkedIn strategy, issues management, and strategic visibility of executive voices.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
* Have 3-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or B2B communications.
* Are fluent in German & English.
* Have an expertise in media relations and the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns.
* Possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
* Have a proven track record of interpersonal and stakeholder management; able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
* Have working knowledge of content workflows, cross-channel publishing, and governance processes in communication environments; experience in setting up and managing a corporate newsroom is a strong plus.
* Have experience with digital PR and social media strategies, particularly LinkedIn.
