We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Accounts who wants to become part of a world class AI / Legal Tech startup. You will be working alongside the VP of Sales & Product Strategy focusing on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
What youll be doing:
* Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
* Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management
* Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the Marketing team to organize seminars, trade shows, and other events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
* Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools
* Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business
* Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace
What we are looking for:
* You are self motivated with a consistent track record in software sales
* 2 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Sales in legaltech is a plus
* You are most comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere and a fast growing customer base
* Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
* Excellent analytic and negotiation skills
* You communicate effectively and with full proficiency in English and German
* Strong team working and collaboration skills, self starter and proactive
* You can work independently, know how to prioritize and get things done
