Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to support and work closely with our current Admin. The position will start with approximately 50% HR responsibilities, with a progressive increase over time, while providing administrative support as needed.
Human Resources
* Manages the personnel lifecycle, from recruitment to training, evaluation, and administration
* Supporting recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
* Assisting with onboarding for new employees
* Managing HR documentation and filing
* Supporting HR initiatives and promoting company culture
Administrative Support
* Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and essential office operations
Education & Certifications
* HR Assistant Certificate or HR Specialist qualification obtained in Switzerland, or equivalent Swiss-recognized education in HR
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is a plus
Skills
* Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in technology-driven or innovative environments
* Experience posting jobs on LinkedIn and other channels
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus)
