We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join a growing team in an international yet family-oriented company based in Sorens.
This role combines customer interaction, order processing, and logistics coordination — ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic environments and daily contact with clients.

Your Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls in German and French
* Process and manage customer orders via phone and email
* Coordinate transport logistics with external partners
* Maintain regular contact with customers and technical sales teams
* Perform various administrative tasks
Your Profile
* Commercial / business-related education
* Native-level Swiss German or German, with good French skills
* Strong stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-oriented mindset with assertiveness and initiative
* Excellent communication skills
