For our globally active, independent insurance brokerage serving affluent private clients and international corporate customers, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our customer service. For more than 25 years, we have been highly specialized in international health insurance and are among the leading providers worldwide.
In this role, you will support demanding clients from around the world with first-class service: administering policies, managing claims, coordinating pre-authorizations, and supporting annual renewals. If you do not yet have experience in private medical or international health insurance, we will provide structured onboarding and train you step by step in our products and processes.
Your area of responsibility:
* You manage a customer portfolio and support our customers as competent and friendly contact person.
* You will ensure that the annual policy renewals run smoothly.
* You will manage claims and pre-authorization queries of clients.
* You support Key Account Managers and Client Advisors on administrative tasks.
* All in all: you ensure that we leave a great impression with our clients and partners and are perceived as a market leader.
Your profile:
* You bring very good language skills in English + French + German with a professional, stylistically confident expression both orally and in writing.
* Your experience in the health insurance sector will ensure a fast onboarding.
* You are registered with FINMA, meet the requirements to register with FINMA as an independent insurance broker, or you are willing to take the necessary course and exam to become registered.
* You are self-motivated and self-organized. You are also efficient and productive when someone is not constantly watching your back.
* Your mentality is “how-do-I-solve-this-problem” instead of “not-my-task!”
