This role is focused on identifying and implementing best-in-class practices for da Vinci Surgery across areas such as robotic program standardization, operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization. /p pWorking in close partnership with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support. The consultant ensures that each customer is equipped to successfully launch, optimize, and sustain a high-performing robotic surgery program. /p pbRoles and Responsibilities: /b /p pBuild and Maintain Expert Knowledge /p ul liDevelop deep expertise in the use, application, troubleshooting, and proper handling of Intuitive technologies, instruments and accessories. /li /ul pTerritory and Time Management /p ul liIndependently manage your assigned territory, balancing customer consulting engagements with administrative responsibilities. /li /ul pPlan and Execute Consulting Programs /p ul liDesign and deliver targeted Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives to strategically selected customer accounts. /li /ul pLead Complex Customer Engagements /p ul liDrive long-term, multi-layered consulting engagements by collaborating with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams (Sales, Services, Marketing, Customer Training) to provide customized, actionable solutions. ul liUtilize DMAIC Lean problem solving approaches to improve existing processes /li liIdentifying challenges, utilization barriers, and strategic opportunities /li liAligning with hospital key stakeholders on priorities and implementation plans /li liTracking progress and maintaining regular communication based on shared timelines /li /ul /li /ul pDeliver High-Impact Consulting Services /p ul liProvide in-person and virtual consulting services focused on key operational areas such as: ul liNew system integration /li liStaff training and onboarding /li liWorkflow standardization /li liProgram Management /li liCost containment strategies /li liReprocessing Support /li /ul /li /ul pCross-Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing /p ul liPromote strong collaboration among Genesis and cross-functional partners to meet shared implementation goals and customer success milestones. /li /ul pData Analysis and Insight Generation /p ul liAnalyze customer usage patterns and performance data to tailor consulting engagements and demonstrate value through measurable outcomes. /li /ul pCollaborate Across Functions /p ul liWork closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on customer strategy and execution. /li liEngage with internal stakeholders to define, measure, and continuously improve the quality and impact of Genesis content and services. /li /ul pEvent and Program Support /p ul liActively support internal and customer-facing Genesis and Intuitive events, including conferences, congresses, and training sessions (virtual and live). /li /ul pSupport New Product Launches /p ul liParticipate in the rollout and adoption of new Intuitive products and solutions, including training and integration planning. /li /ul pCustomer Feedback and Issue Reporting /p ul liProactively gather and report customer feedback or concerns through appropriate internal channels to ensure rapid resolution and continuous improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
