Assistant manager, compliance organizational resiliency

Position Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of BCP/COR documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compliance frameworks.

2. Support the mapping of continuity plans/ resiliency programs to business functions, regulatory themes, and risk categories.

3. Coordinate and document business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across departments.

4. Facilitate periodic testing and simulation exercises, track results and follow-up actions.

5. Maintain centralized repositories for BCP documents, ensuring secure access for authorized users.

6. Monitor regulatory updates and industry best practices to support plan enhancements.

7. Provides monitoring on the renewal of the service level agreements with the stakeholders

8. Collaborate with business units to gather continuity requirements and ensure plan ownership.

9. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and audit readiness.

10. Support awareness and training initiatives to promote continuity culture across the organization.

11. Build strong cross-functional relationships to support effective documentation

12. Other related tasks that may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

13. With at least 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services

14. Proven strong understanding of control environments, regulatory frameworks and documentation standards

15. Knowledgeable with business continuity or resiliency software platforms

16. Exposure to audit or regulatory compliance

17. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

18. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

19. Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course Certifications related to BCP or service recovery strategies is a plus.

21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in negotiating, influencing, and relationship building skills.

22. Knowledgeable with business continuity tools or software

23. Ability to solve problems and excellent execution of the action plans

24. Strong ethical compass and discipline

25. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of management in the organization.

26. Ability to facilitate decision making across groups in the company.

27. Ability to set priorities, managing overlapping timelines and competing demands

28. Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment with an advanced understanding of the Company’s business

29. Ability to represent business internally within the company and externally outside of the company (e.g. regulators, industry peers)
