Laboratory Technician - Sterility Assurance (m/f/d) – 100%
Location: Raron (VS), Switzerland
Type of Contract: CDD
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate's availabilities
Shift:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate sampling activities, prepare labels/forms, and manage shipment of samples to contract laboratories.
* Perform routine tests according to approved methods and support ordering of testing materials.
* Initiate investigations and non‑conformances for out‑of‑specification results.
* Maintain and archive monitoring records, tracking files, and Certificates of Analysis for environmental and water monitoring.
* Support updates to forms, templates, and work instructions within the documentation system.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Completed vocational training as a biology or chemistry laboratory technician, or similar education in microbiology .
* Ability to critically question processes, results, and procedures.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Completed apprenticeship sufficient for entry-level consideration.
* Experience or basic understanding of GMP environments is an advantage.
* Strong team orientation and ability to communicate effectively with microbiologists, engineers, and laboratory staff.
