Joe Security LLC is a fast-growing Swiss company specializing in advanced, automated malware & phishing analysis solutions. Our flagship product, Joe Sandbox, is one of the most sophisticated platforms for analyzing threats on Windows, Linux, Android, and macOS. It's trusted by leading CERTs, CIRTs, SOCs, and enterprises worldwide.

We're looking for a Sales Engineer who is passionate about cybersecurity, enjoys solving technical challenges, and loves working directly with customers to show them how our solutions can make a difference. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, guiding prospects through product evaluations, delivering engaging demos, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales engagement to successful deployment.

Your Responsibilities

* Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, qualify leads and provide tailored technical solutions.
* Deliver high-quality product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for Joe Sandbox (cloud and on-premises).
* Lead the technical onboarding process, ensuring new customers get maximum value from our platform.
* Provide expert guidance on malware analysis techniques, sandboxing, and integration with third-party security tools.
* Address technical questions and objections during the sales cycle, building trust and credibility with prospects.
* Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate and compelling technical input.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT; security certifications (GCTI, GREM, CEH, CISSP, CISM, etc.) are an advantage.
* At least 2 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role (cybersecurity experience is a big plus).
* Familiarity with malware analysis, sandboxing, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, or TIP solutions.
* Ability to manage POCs, address technical objections, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
* Comfortable with CRM software, presentation tools, and remote demo platforms.
* Excellent English communication skills (C1+), both written and spoken.
