Main tasks
* End-to-end ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
* Responsibility for operational configuration, with a focus on Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central
* Implementation of change requests from initial concept through configuration, testing, and rollout
* Hands-on application support for SAP SuccessFactors and additional HR systems (e.g. OpenText, ATOSS)
* Support and monitoring of system integrations, including interfaces via SAP CPI
* Ongoing development and harmonization of the HR system landscape
* Design and enhancement of HR KPI dashboards and reporting solutions
* Leadership of HRIS-related projects across the organization
* Training and enablement of end users, including guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system functionalities
* Coordination and collaboration with external implementation and service partners
* Close collaboration with HR departments and IT stakeholders
Your qualifications
* Proven expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a technical and functional capacity
* Solid understanding of HR processes and HR system landscapes
* Experience with OpenText and ATOSS considered an advantage
* Experience with HR system integrations and reporting or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) considered a plus
* Experience in vendor evaluation and selection
* Strong project management and relationship management capabilities
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
* Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
