What You Will Do
Build and manage your own recruitment desk within your chosen market
Lead the full 360 process: business development, sourcing, delivery, and closing
Develop long‑term client relationships and shape your own portfolio
Work fully remote from anywhere in Switzerland or the EU
Operate with the independence of a partner, supported by an established recruitment platform
