This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy to achieve significant turnover goals, leading a dedicated sales team, and fostering a culture of success, innovation, and client satisfaction. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliLead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and development. /liliResponsible for sales budget and sales forecast. /liliStrategically develop and implement sales and pricing strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets in Europe and overseas markets accordingly. /liliBuild and keep strong connections with important customers, partners, and stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. /liliCollaborate with product management, procurement, regulatory and marketing to align offerings with market and client needs. /liliAnalyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. /liliEngage in customer visits, attend trade fairs and develop industry networks. /liliRepresent Sales within the Business Unit Management Team and reports into the Commercial Director EnergyCuring. /li /ulpstrongQualifications and Requirements: /strong /pulliProven sales leadership and direct sales experience in Europe, in the UV/Energy Curing or related sectors such as but not limited to ink or coating industries. /liliRelevant educational background, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or significant equivalent experience. /liliDeep know-how in UV-curable ink, coating, and/or adhesive technologies or related industries. /liliEntrepreneurial, self driven, confident, and competent. /liliStrong strategic, analytical, and team management skills. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and preferably German. /liliBusiness-savvy, flexible attitude and great with IT tools (Salesforce) and open to fast developing AI solutions. /liliWillingness to travel across Europe (approx. 10% of the time), based in Switzerland (ideally Zürich area) or willingness to relocate. /li /ulpstrongOur offer: /strong /ppAre you a networker with exceptional communication skills?
