We are looking for a Head of Visual Content for our Marketing Department.
Role Overview
As the Head of Visual Content you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing image through creative excellence and efficient deployment.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing and delivering visual content that align with Longines’ vision and marketing objectives.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
Visual Content Production
• Lead the production of visual content for the various marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure alignment with Longines’ overall brand identity and objectives
Team Leadership & Management
• Oversee and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster creativity and innovation within the team
• Secure asset delivery and management to the diverse channels of diffusion
Campaign Development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Translate marketing message into compelling deliverables that resonate with the target audience
Content Development & Production
• Lead the development and production of various content types (Traditional/Digital), including visuals, videos, catalogues, and interactive assets
• Ensure high-quality on-brand deliverables that drive engagement and conversions
Brand Consistency & Integrity
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and user experience across all touchpoints
Budget Management
• Manage the budget allocated for content creation initiatives, ensuring efficient usage of resources for maximum impact
• Track, benchmark and report on spending and quality
Innovation & Experimentation
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation with new formats, channels, and technologies
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in marketing and creative fields
Profil
You have a University degree in design and/or marketing
You have a proven experience (5 years) in Marketing Environment
