Our Transformation Department in Switzerland is seeking a
Your Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects across the global Triumph Group, ensuring they meet goals, timelines, scope, and budgets.
* Support project leads in establishing project/business plans, providing standard methodologies and tools.
* Perform modeling and analytical activities (Excel) to estimate financial and business impacts of ongoing projects.
* Collaborate with the Financial Office and Business Controllers to track actual project delivery.
* Assist in communication with board members and top managers, including document preparation (PowerPoint).
* Ensure timely delivery of monthly project status reports, organize transformation workshops, and update calls.
* Maintain an overall perspective on the transformation efforts while contributing to project delivery, prioritization, scoping, and managing interdependencies.
* Act as an integrator and change agent, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, the Global Management Board, and the transformation lead.
Your ideal profile:
* University degree, preferably with a Master or postgraduate qualification.
* At least 5 years of industry or top-tier consulting experience.
* Experience as a Strategic PMO managing major transformation and multi-million programs.
* Risk and issue management, change control expertise.
* Experience in the textile manufacturing, retail, wholesale, or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
* International experience through education or work in a foreign country.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional European languages are a plus.
* Flexible mindset and professional adaptability to constant changes.
* Effective presentation skills for superiors and peers.
* Motivated, positive attitude, self-directed, and assertive.
* Quick, analytical thinking abilities.
