A long-established and reputable boutique, international fiduciary firm based in Geneva. Working primarily with expatriate clients—both corporate and individual—however the firm serves all types of clients. It offers accounting, payroll, trusts, corporate advisory, and personal taxation services. You will join a close-knit, busy, small team, gaining Swiss corporate accounting experience in a collegial work environment centrally located on the Rive Droite.
Position
Join a busy accounting & fiduciary small team, working closely with the Chief Accountant and CFO. This is a full‑time position—no home office, required to come to the office every day. It is an excellent opportunity for an accountant seeking a varied and broad caseload with good international exposure.
Responsibilities
Invoices and payments
VAT and tax declarations
Income statements
Preparation of Swiss tax filings
Audit assistance
Payroll accounting and salary management (under supervision)
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or audit within financial services or corporate services (e.g., Big 4 or fiduciary)
Qualified accountant or studying toward a qualification
Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting, beyond basic data entry – including VAT, corporate payments and Swiss tax filings
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Swiss general accounting standards (code of obligations)
Conscientious and reliable; works in a serious manner
Strong Microsoft Office skills; prior experience with accounting systems (e.g., GIT Wineur and payroll software is a plus but not required)
Fluent in English (minimum C1) and strong proficiency in French
Already living and working in the Geneva area (frontalier acceptable) with a valid work permit
Open to an office‑based role (no home office)
