Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of integration and migration projects, including ERP implementation, following recent acquisitions. This is a broad, senior-level role that requires strong program management skills, experience with complex IT transformations, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in optimizing the IT landscape, improving execution capability, and ensuring seamless technology integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end IT integration and migration programs, including ERP implementation, across multiple business units and sites.
Oversee the consolidation and rationalization of application portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop and execute detailed program plans, manage risks, and ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive process harmonization, system standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure clear communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within project teams.
Requirements Proven experience (7+ years) as an IT Program Manager, ideally in regulated, asset-heavy, or infrastructure-intensive industries (healthcare, utilities, public sector, etc.).
Demonstrated track record in leading large-scale IT integrations, migrations, and ERP implementations.
Strong background in application portfolio management and IT rationalization.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to spend time on site in Vienna as required.
